REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. This policy also applies to our classes.

Returns

  • Products: All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Classes: For class bookings, a full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class.

Refunds

  • Products: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be made to the original payment method and should be received within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank.

  • Classes: For class cancellations, if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the class, a full refund will be provided. Refunds will be processed via Stripe and should be received within 5-10 business days, depending on the bank.​
